Hungry? But still want to be Healthy?

Its a conundrum we all face every day. Its the point between breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner and suddenly the idea of a "snack" comes calling. The beautiful, dimly lit glow from the office vending machine calls to you through walls and stairwells... but... but... no... you're trying to eat healthy... but... but... "its just a snack".

If you must quench that craving from the salty goodness of the vending machine - here is a list of SAFE items to munch on that wont pack on the pounds.
